HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZER

•The Homogenizer is using 3 horizontal, piston plug, via crank shaft to be driven, and the raw material to be sucked in. Homogenizing valve pressure 150-200 BAR.
•All parts which have contact with raw material are made from stainless steel.
The anti-wear parts are made from special stainless steel with heat treatment.
•All stainless steel parts of homogenizer are resistant against corrosion, CIP acid and caustic cleaning.
•The first stage of homogenizing valve is a closing type concentric ring; for the better efficiency of homogenizing.
•Homogenizing valve pressure is manually adjusted with a sanitary diaphragm manometer.
•Anti-shock oil is used inside the manometer to extend the equipment life.
•All real and gasket contacts with raw material are acid, caustic and heat resistant; and also meet the requirement of good sanitary.
•Crank shaft box inside the machine is using a lubricant for lubrication and cooling. Crank shaft box has a oil sight-glass and oil refill and exhaust hole.
•Electrical motor is placed on the top of crank shaft box; to reduce the height of homogenizing head, for easy maintenance, and to increase the suction capacity.
•Power transmission is by oil and belt; to reduce the noise and vibration.
•Electric current amp meter; for displaying power current consumption.
•All covers are made from stainless steel.
